The Dragon Assassin was a Dragon folk hired by the Onyx Task Force to assassinate Nina Drango, a fellow Dragon folk.

This man had dark skin and grey hair. He had a thick beard and wore black armor. His dragon form was enormous and black, with his horns emitting blue light.

The Dragon Assassin held a low regard for humans and considered Nina tainted because of her mother's blood. He was eager to "purify" Nina and thought of it as part of his mission to kill her.
