Nina's father is a caring and self-sacrificing man who chose to return to their burning village in order to rescue people.
Plot[]
Shingeki no Bahamut Virgin Soul[]
Nina's father was killed by Bahamut ten years ago while trying to save people from their burning village. His death traumatized his daughter and made it difficult for her to transform. Nina would become emotionally unstable whenever she encountered handsome men (as they reminded her of her father), and subsequently transform into a dragon and go on a wild rampage.
This known fact did not stop Nina from going to find work in the capital city of Anatae, where she encountered a man named "Chris" and soon fell in love. Even after learning about Chris' true identity and the horrible acts he had committed, Nina still sought to understand him and the two eventually shared a kiss, which cured Nina of her childhood trauma.
Shortly after El was murdered, Nina's sorrow began revealing itself after she found El's dress. She recalled seeing El's corpse and was reminded of the time she and her mother mourned over her father's corpse and she promptly broke down.
When Bahamut returned, Nina recalled her last moments with her father.
